- Annotation: In this article, the author examines the development of a specialised personnel training system for button accordion factories in Tula. Based on an analysis of previously unpublished materials from the State Archives of Tula Region, distinct periods are identified. The training process was influenced by various factors – the production method (factory or craft), the level of demand for button accordions, and the specific nature of the production itself, which had a highly specialized focus. The varying combinations of these factors forced the apprenticeship system in button accordion production to adapt. The period of the Axis aggression repelling is particularly significant, as this issue has received scant attention in specialized literature. The author also examines the current personnel training system at button accordion factory in Tula, drawing some analogies and comparisons with previous periods.
