- Annotation: The subject of the study is the experience of Orekhovo-Zuyevo cotton trust for the production of textile and spinning products in 1933. The structure of the trust is presented, the years of its existence are marked and its administrative subordination to higher authorities is established. The issues of supplying factories are considered, the types of raw materials supplied and the practice of its consumption are indicated. The practice of interaction between spinning, weaving and bleaching and dyeing factories of the trust on production issues is analysed. The causes of such negative production phenomena as defective products and equipment downtime have been identified. The range of manufactured goods has been studied. The gross volume of finished and harsh fabrics, yarns and threads produced is considered, both for the trust as a whole and for each factory individually. The contribution of the trust’s factories to the implementation of the Union-wide plans for cotton industry is compared. The gross value of products produced by factories and the trust as a whole is analysed, both in constant prices and in current prices of the year under study. The article concludes that the trust played a significant role in the textile industry of the USSR.
