- Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the main forms of interaction between export associations of the People’s Commissariat of Foreign Trade of the USSR with associations of state industry, agriculture and cooperation on the implementation of export plans in Moscow Region in 1933. It was the first year of the second five-year plan during which, Soviet exports had exceeded imports for the first time. The boundaries of Moscow Region in the studied period are determined. The volumes of export plans sent to regional offices of export associations in Moscow Region, are investigated. We studied the assortments of goods transferred by industry and cooperation to the disposal of export associations on the basis of planned and unscheduled tasks. Attention is paid to the classification of product suppliers (state industry, rural cooperation and agriculture). The indicators of export plans for each direction separately (for the West, East, «Trade with Foreigners») were analysed. The article emphasises the special status of «Trade with Foreigners» (Torgsin) among export associations; we name the reasons for the success of its trading activities; we also note the peculiarities of interaction with buyers. We studied the summary results of the export plan, as well as for each direction separately. We considered the sectors of the economy that had fulfilled the plan most successfully, and those that had failed to fulfil the planned indicators. The contribution of the districts of Moscow Region to the implementation of the planned indicators is presented. The article concluded about the export potential of the economy of Moscow Region, that contribution of its enterprises to the development of foreign trade of the USSR was considerable.
